To make and maintain a pleasant visit to Gym Forty Five for everyone, we apply the following house rules:

1. General Gym Forty Five – Memberships

Anyone who visits Gym Forty Five automatically and unconditionally submits to the provisions of these house rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Anyone who fails to comply with the house rules may be immediately denied access. This is also a valid reason to terminate a current (fitness) contract with immediate effect.
To use the facilities, you must be at least 18 years old. You must also be able to present valid identification. We may ask for this if we have any doubts about your age.
The use of the facilities of Gym Forty Five is expressly at your own responsibility and risk.
Gym Forty Five is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings and is not liable for any injury sustained within Gym Forty Five.
Booking your visit is mandatory via the Forty Five app.
For hygienic reasons, the use of the sports hall is only permitted using a
Towel and clean shoes. If the member forgets a towel, the member must rent one from
the fitness desk.
We believe a relaxed and well-cared-for atmosphere is important. Therefore, it is mandatory to wear appropriate clothing.
Wear. Sports shoes must not leave marks and must be clean. Wearing hoods and/or caps is not permitted.
Everyone must register upon entry using a personal QR code in the Forty Five app. The QR Code is
Personal and non-transferable to third parties. A registration photo is required. If you transfer the QR code to a third party, we reserve the right to terminate your contract immediately and impose a fine.
In the fitness room, staff instructions must be followed. Only staff have access to the sound system. Only staff have access behind the counter.
Coats and bags are not allowed in the fitness room, you can use the designated lockers.

The protein machine is available for a fee. Unlimited access is also available for €17.50 per month. You can request this upgrade at the desk or by email. This membership can be canceled monthly and is only valid with an active membership at Gym Forty Five. Unlimited Protein Shake is personal and non-transferable to third parties. A registration photo is required. If you transfer your access to a third party, we reserve the right to terminate your contract immediately and impose a penalty.
