🏋🏽‍♂️ House Rules – Gym Forty Five

To make your visit to Gym Forty Five as pleasant, safe, and exclusive as possible, the following house rules apply.
By entering our gym, you agree to these rules and our Terms and Conditions.

1. Access & Identity
• Access is permitted from the age of 18. In case of doubt, valid identification may be requested.
• Anyone who does not comply with these house rules may be immediately denied access and their membership may be terminated immediately.
• Use of all facilities is at your own risk. Gym Forty Five is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury.
• Always follow staff instructions. Only staff members have access to the counter and sound system.

2. Reservations & Check-in
• Booking your visit is mandatory via the Forty Five app.
• Upon arrival, register with your personal QR code. This is personal and non-transferable.
• A registration photo in the app is required. Sharing your QR code with third parties may result in immediate termination of your contract and a fine.

3. Clothing, Footwear & Hygiene
• Exercise only in proper and neat sportswear.
• Clean, non-marking sports shoes are required.
• Caps or hoods are not allowed in the fitness room.
• Always use a towel on equipment and benches. If you forget one, you can rent one at the reception desk.
• Clean each device and material after use with the cleaning agents provided.
• Coats and bags are not allowed in the fitness room; please use the lockers for this.

4. Equipment & Safety
• Use equipment and materials correctly and with respect for others.
• Put materials back in their proper place immediately after use.
• Always follow the staff's instructions immediately.

5. Lockers
• Lockers are intended for use during your training.
• Take all your belongings with you afterward; items left behind will not be kept.

6. Membership & Payment
• Memberships are debited by direct debit around the 20th of the month from the IBAN you provided.
• If three collection attempts are unsuccessful, €25 in collection costs will be charged.
• If three invoices are outstanding, the claim will be transferred to a collection agency. You will always receive a reminder beforehand.

7. Privacy & Filming
• We attach great importance to privacy and exclusivity.
• Filming and photographing in the gym is prohibited if other members are visible without their express permission.
• The use of selfie sticks, phone holders or tripods for recording exercises is not permitted.
• Filming others or creating content that violates members' privacy may result in immediate termination of your membership.
• Gym Forty Five is not an influencer gym – our focus is on training, health and respect for each other.

8. Final provisions
• The Gym Forty Five staff always has the final say in situations not covered by these house rules.
