What does the program entail?
Personal Training – 1x per week
You'll train one-on-one with a trainer once a week. We'll work on technique, posture, and correct exercise execution, so you learn to train safely and confidently.
InBody Scan – 1× per week
We measure your body composition every week. This gives you insight into your muscle mass, fat mass, and progress throughout the program.
Nutritional advice – once a week
Practical and achievable nutritional advice tailored to your lifestyle and training goals. No strict diets, just clear guidelines.
Online Coaching
During the program, you can ask questions and get support whenever you need it. You're not alone.
Personal Training Schedule
You will receive a tailor-made training schedule, tailored to your level and goals, so that you can also train independently.
Unlimited Group Lessons
You can participate in all group lessons as often as you like for extra motivation and variety.
Unlimited Open Gym
Free training at times that suit you, so you can build up your own routine.

What if I can't train for a week?
We will work together to find a suitable solution so that you get the most out of the program.
Can I also get personal training more than once a week?
