Our signature group class that sets Gym Forty Five apart. In just 45 minutes, FORTY FIVE X the best of strength training, explosive movements and functional performance into an intensive full-body workout.

The class is designed to push your physical limits and maximize results – regardless of your level or experience. Whether you're a beginner or have been training for years, the small class size (max. 8 participants) ensures plenty of personal attention and coaching to help you get the most out of your workout.

Every week the training has a different structure, but always according to our proven FORTY FIVE X method: intensive, goal-oriented and challenging.

How many group lessons can I take?

Unlimited! All group classes and Hyrox training are included with every membership and our flexible passes.

Do I need to make a reservation for group lessons?

Yes, reservations are required. You can easily make these reservations through the Forty Five app. This way, we guarantee small groups and personalized attention.

Are the group lessons suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our trainers adapt exercises to your level. If you're new to group training, we recommend starting with circuit training or BBB. 

What is Hyrox training?

Hyrox is a fitness race that combines running with functional workouts like sled pushes, rowing, burpees, and wall balls. Our Hyrox classes prepare you for official races or simply help you get next-level fit.

Do you offer personal training?
